CASH FLOW 2008: GrowingWealth LIVE CONVENTION GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Drawing Description. The Cash Flow 2008: GrowingWealth LIVE (GWL) Convention 2008 Giveaway and Drawings (collectively “Drawing”) begins May 22, 2008 and ends May 25, 2008 (Drawing Period).

Eligibility. The Drawing is open only to registered attendees of the GWL 2008 Convention who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of GWL, its subsidiaries, or affiliated partner client companies are not eligible. Drawing is void where prohibited.

Sponsor. GWL, 255 South Orange Avenue, Suite 600, Orlando, Florida 32801.

Agreement to the Official Rules. By participating in the Drawing, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and does accept these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter. All eligible registered attendees of the GWL 2008 Convention (Entrants) are automatically registered. Limit: One (1) Prize per person for the Drawing Period. Winner must take immediate possession of and responsibility for the prize. Winner is responsible for all tax obligations incurred as a result of winning the prize.

Winner Selection and Verification. Winners will be selected in random Drawings from eligible Entrants during the Drawing Period. The Drawings will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2008, Friday, May 23, 2008, Saturday, May 24, 2008 and Sunday, May 25, 2008. Winners must be present at the time and place of the drawing to win.

Odds of Winning. Will be determined by the number of Entrants during the Drawing Period.

Description of Prizes.
A. Four (4) 1-ounce Gold Coins valued at approximately $800 each will be given to attendees chosen at random each day of the GWL Convention, Thursday, May 22, 2008 – Sunday May 25, 2008, from the main stage at the Hilton San Francisco Hotel.
B. One (1) LG 50” Plasma Television valued at $1,341 will be awarded by random drawing on Sunday, May 25, 2008 during the presentation held in the Grand Ballroom between 12:01 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.

General Conditions/Release. By participating, Entrants (a) release Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including but not limited to the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are they in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law. Neither Sponsor, its affiliates, nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Drawing is not capable of being executed as planned, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Drawing, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted in the GWL Meeting Rooms and the determination of winners will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the termination, cancellation or suspension, as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Entrants agree that in case he/she is a winner, his/her name, likeness, photos and personal information may be used by Sponsor for advertising, promotion or publishing purposes. The prize winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within 21 business days of notification. In the event of the prize winner’s noncompliance within this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner through another random drawing of entries.

Representations. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Entrants acknowledge that neither Dynetech Corporation, GWL, its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively “Dynetech”) have made any representations, warranties, or guarantees other than those expressed herein; Entrants have not relied thereon; and Dynetech specifically disclaims any other representations, or warranties. Dynetech shall not be liable to Entrant, or any third party for any loss or punitive, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, direct, or indirect damages or similar damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Winning Entrants bear all risk of use and results of use of the Prizes.

Florida Choice of Law/Disputes. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by an appropriate court located in Orange County, Florida, USA; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Drawing but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Florida.
